Kanitta Charoensiri, D.O., MBA
Kanitta Charoensiri holds a medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Long Beach Memorial Hospital-Clinical Affiliate of Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Long Beach, NY. She is board certified in family practice and holds medical licenses in Virginia, Pennsylvania and New York. She holds a master of business arts from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
Charoensiri came to Virginia Tech from the University of Pittsburgh where she served as Medical Director for Student Health Services. She is also an Assistant Professor in family medicine at the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
She currently serves as a member of the Virginia Tech Institutional Review Board and is a surveyor for the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Centers. Her professional affiliations include the American Osteopathic Association, the American College Health Association and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Centers.
