Incoming Students

Getting accepted to Virginia Tech, signing your acceptance letter, and planning your move to any of Virginia Tech’s campuses can be a hectic time. It is required that part of that planning must also involve Virginia Tech's student entrance immunization requirements from Schiffert Health Center. This requirement is applicable to all students on all campuses.

These requirements include filling out and turning in your Immunization History Form (PDF), which includes the Tuberculosis Screening Form, and completing all required immunizations.

• Forms for fall semester are due by June 30.
• Forms for spring semester are due by December 31.
• If your form is not received by the due date, you will be subject to a late fee of $100.

To get the forms to us, please scan and upload them through the Healthy Hokies Portal.
