Student Phlebotomist Position

The Fall 2026 Application will open April 9th and close April 30th.

The Schiffert Health Center is seeking students who are interested in working as a phlebotomist in our laboratory. 

We are looking for students that hope to find a career in medicine and would like a place to start. This is a perfect opportunity to find clinical hours for a higher, professional health school or program. 

This application is open to applicants with previous phlebotomy experience. ASCP/ASPT Phlebotomy certification preferred.

This is a PAID POSITION and we are looking for individuals to start working once the Fall 2026 semester starts. You must be a current VT student during the time of employment.

The Schiffert Health Center is open Monday through Fridays from 8am-5pm.  We expect students to commit to shifts (each being 4 hours) and work 4-16 hours a week. Lastly, whatever schedule is committed, we expect consistent loyalty to the time committed.
